There was a gay bar I went to a couple of weeks ago while in Japan called Dragon. Of course I have a pic of the door. It was kinda cool. This guy comes up and starts talking. I thought he was nice at first. He said he was from Ireland and he was teaching English for some company in Tokyo. Conversation progressed and he started dissing Richmond, my best friend I went to see, by telling him he lived too far outside of the city. Well, Richmond is the first non-Japanese professor his university ever awarded tenure too and publishes quite a bit academically, but we sort of let this guy continue to dig his hole. Then he asked specifically where in the states I lived. I told him that I was from the southern US. South Carolina originally and Texas for the past 7 years. He then railed against the south and told me all Southerners were rude and redneck. Little did he realize that being from the South, I can tell someone to go to Hell in such a way that they will actually look forward to the journey. This was not one of those times. I had to immediately tell him that if I used his logic, then obviously he MUST be an Irish alcoholic who drinks away his money, fights because he can't reason, and is terminally unemployed. Then I dismissed him. He didn't know how to respond and just sauntered away. Don't mess with a Southern queen...
haha! way to go Jeff!

I like how they put a steel stud on the road beside the drain telling you where the water goes, that is a good way to stop people pouring polluting things down the drain
